Proverbs 31: 10- 31
10 [c] A wife of noble character who can find?
She is worth far more than rubies.
11 Her husband has full confidence in her
and lacks nothing of value.
12 She brings him good, not harm,
all the days of her life.
13 She selects wool and flax
and works with eager hands.
14 She is like the merchant ships,
bringing her food from afar.
15 She gets up while it is still dark;
she provides food for her family
and portions for her servant girls.
16 She considers a field and buys it;
out of her earnings she plants a vineyard.
17 She sets about her work vigorously;
her arms are strong for her tasks.
18 She sees that her trading is profitable,

and grasps the spindle with her fingers.
20 She opens her arms to the poor
and extends her hands to the needy.
21 When it snows, she has no fear for her household;
for all of them are clothed in scarlet.
22 She makes coverings for her bed;
she is clothed in fine linen and purple.
23 Her husband is respected at the city gate,
where he takes his seat among the elders of the land.
24 She makes linen garments and sells them,
and supplies the merchants with sashes.
25 She is clothed with strength and dignity;
she can laugh at the days to come.
26 She speaks with wisdom,
and faithful instruction is on her tongue.
27 She watches over the affairs of her household
and does not eat the bread of idleness.
28 Her children arise and call her blessed;
her husband also, and he praises her:
29 "Many women do noble things,
but you surpass them all."
30 Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting;
but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.
31 Give her the reward she has earned,

how did you start your new year?
i for one had high hopes but about the time i got to the dudleys house for a new years eve party my car started to have smoke come from the hood. and you can imagine that was not a good time for me. the night was... well interesting. but thankfully it "only" ended up costing me $220.00 to get it fixed and i had it back in less then a week.

guys out there
Ok here is the deal, I am a very hard headed, set in my own ways, and just down right stubborn kinda girl. I know I’m crazy some times and very complicated but I know what I want and I won't just settle for less. I know what I say you think "yeah right she says that now but she does not mean it" but the thing is I do. I’m not trying to say that there is a perfect guy out there that will believe in everything I believe in and have all the same opinions but I am saying that there is a guy out there that will have the same ideas and things important to him that I have. Sure there will be lots of little things we disagree on but when it comes to the biggest most important things we will both be on the same page. I know that God will bring this guy to me. And until then I have no problem at all walking away from the other ones. The thing is most people don’t really know what true love is because they get so caught up in the "being in love experience" and the reality its just lust.
So to all you other people out there that feel like me keep your hopes high cause it will happen and that guy will find you in God's time. I for one and not worried that it won’t happen!
And to all you haters out there that think I’m crazy, well you will see what God is going to do in my life.
With that being said, if you guys are still wanting to ask me on dates and can handle all of my rules and standards well then I have a great idea for our first date.
btw I of all people have a great book recommendation to every one it's called "The 5 love languages". And I'm telling you you should totally read it! It really applies to everyday life situations, co workers, brothers, sisters, parents, & friends. It's really helpful I love it!

yes i am gonna be a downer but its just not starting off good so far.
my car decided to hate me even more tonight and start smoking. and im pretty sad about it.
i only wish i had taken a picture. i later on thought of pam and what she would have done for her blog, you know make something bad not as bad but the thought was to late :(

santa or security?
yes thats right tonight going through the front gate the wonderful security guard was there protecting us even on christmas night... wearing a camo santa hat!
i only wish i had been driving and could have asked to take a picture of him with my new pink camera!!

luck is what happens when preparation meets opportunity
thats what my fortune cookie said tonight.
and no you did not read that the wrong way, we did indeed go to super buffet aka "super funkay" for our christmas eve dinner!
at least the kids loved it. even with all the fighting yelling and screaming!
but before that we went to the christmas eve service at Calvary Chapel Hanford
thanks to noah aka super guy he used his super powers to get us there on time. he is so cute. i have never in my life seen a kid be SO into super heros! he really does love them!
putting out our milk and cookies for santa!
(i hope super buffet does not mind we took a few cookies with us...)
jamie and i thought it would be a good idea to leave a note on the door just in case he didnt know what room to visit.
tonight the kids will sleep over in my parents and brians room so that santa will come to our room, what a shame i will be forced to sleep all alone tonight... :)
not that i wont miss the kids though!

today we're going crazy...

some good news is that someone FINALLY is renting THAT house! yeah yeah! from what they claim she will move in on the 1st! {excitement}
oh the bad side, donovan amandas baby is being transfered to childrens hospital in medera cali he cant really breath and they dont know what or whats going on. so im asking everyone PLEASE pray for him.
and im sorry to everyone that i have not really spent much time with lately im just so busy right now with work and all. but i promise that soon i will not be so busy all the time :(
oh and we get our house on the 5th if i have not already mentioned that...

turkey!
wow is it time for bed?!
i think i could sleep all day tomorrow. i had a busy day. i went to the kelso's then straight to work... where we will just say not everyone was in the best of moods. i still had a good time because i can either let other people get to me or i can just say who cares and do what i need to do! so thats how i roll. but whats so sad is i was SO looking forward to having turkey for dinner, like i seriously love the turkey we make. is bomb. and im not normally a fan of turkey either. but do you wanna know what happened?
well tonight we had two VERY large parties going on. every employee was working, i for one was at the catering center. so after working for hours and hours we got everything almost fully done and then the manager decides that it was the time that me and one other surver would leave and go help at naps. so i was like ok thats cool (i had more then willingly said i would leave) anyways as we leave all them sit down to eat said turkey and other foods from the night. me and the other surver walk over to the boq to get my car and go to naps and help them and then i assumed that we would eat our dinner there and have a break. well. i was very wrong. i got there and they had already eaten AND it was all thrown away too.
needless to say we were two very unhappy servers.
we ended up getting pizza and it was not that bad of a night, we got every thing all done and clocked out at 1:30am.
i just cant stop thinking about how good that turkey would have been though...
anyways im heading to bed! working again tomorrow.
and i think im one of the few people that can always leave at night and say i love my job, even with all that craziness! :)

car repairs?
why do i bother getting car repairs?
i just spent over $400 getting my car fixed. which is not fun at all. i have been doing christmas shopping and all plus im finally making money again and really need to be saving.
but the thing is i would not be so upset over this HUGE payment except that NOTHING WAS FIXED! yes you heard me nothing!
it still does this "slow down wont drive thing"
its STILL thumping or something like that sometimes when i use my breaks.
AND i dont think my oil was even changed.
so i ask myself, where in the heck did this money go?!
why is it that i feel like for every dollar i earn i end up spending twice as much?
and i have people always telling me what im doing with MY life is not good enough, i need to be in college or i need a "real" job. but they dont understand how happy i am with the job i have now. i dont want to change it.
i just really dont even want to get any older. life gets harder everyday. :)

Classy or CHEESY?!
now that the holiday season is here i am finally getting all the hours i want at work! i have now become the monday hospital coffee shop girl, i am a cashier at naps, a server at naps, and i also do catering events! its really great having so many options. i would like to also train for the rec desk just in case.... :)
